This Pro-vino event, the Festival de las Conchas y el Vino Nuevo ("The Festival of New Wine & Shellfish") will take place March 31-April 3, 2016 in Ensenada, Baja California. You can enjoy tours of mussel crops, abalone cultivation, and learn how to prepare shellfish. Try wine from more than 30 Baja California wineries, accompanied by seafood prepared by restaurants and local producers.
