Our most popular one-day tour to Mexico's Guadalupe Valley wine region includes round-trip transportation with a bilingual guide, wine tasting at two or three of the Valle's best small-batch wineries, and an expertly curated multi-course gourmet "campestre-style” lunch/supper served al-fresco, overlooking the vineyards. Designed for a more discriminating wine enthusiast, our wine country tours are a cut above the usual wine tasting tours offered by other tour companies.
With departures from San Diego to Ensenada, this full-day Mexican wine and gourmet food experience also includes an artisanal cheese plate, a cold-pressed olive oil tasting, and a guided behind-the-scenes winemaking tour at one of the boutique wineries on your itinerary. Our bilingual guides are knowledgable ambassadors of Baja California's wine and culinary scene.

CHOOSE FROM THREE AWESOME TIJUANA TOURS…
TASTE OF TIJUANA MARKET & STREET FOOD TOUR
Anthony Bourdain put Tijuana's street food scene on the culinary map, and this tour visits some of his favorite TJ bites. An abbreviated version of our world famous Tijuana Bites Tour (see below), this shorter market and tasting tour is the best gastronomic introduction to Tijuana's famous culinary scene available for those on a tighter timetable and budget. And while this tour is timed perfectly for cruise ship passengers visiting the Port of San Diego, those with a little more time can opt to leisurely extend their experience on the last stop, soaking in more of Tijuana's uber-hip gastro park before hailing an easy Uber ride back to the border (if you don't have that kind of time, don't worry, your ride back to the border at 2:30pm is included). When it comes to laying claim to the best street tacos in Mexico, there's a heated rivalry between Mexico City and Tijuana... On this curated tasting tour, we'll make our case for why Tijuana wins that epicurean battle, hands down! So what are you waiting for?
This guided culinary tour includes food and beverage, a bilingual culinary guide/driver, and round-trip transportation from our designated border meeting point or a designated meeting point in Tijuana.

TJ BITES, A FOODIE DREAM TOUR of Tijuana
This comprehensive foodie bucket-list tour will introduce you to Tijuana's best bites, extending our shorter Taste of Tijuana Market & Street Food Tour (see above), and kicking it up an epicurean notch with an extra stop at one of Tijuana's highly-rated chic gourmet restaurants, where you'll sit down for a more sophisticated taste of Baja California's modern-Mexican cuisine. Did you know that the world-famous Caesar Salad was invented in Tijuana in 1927 during prohibition in the U.S.? Even if you did know that, you probably didn't know that during World War II, some of the key ingredients for this iconic salad became hard to find, prohibitively expensive, or unavailable, prompting Caesar's competitor, the now-defunct Victor's Restaurant, to create an all-Mexican ingredients version of the salad. On this tour, we'll do a "salad showdown," where both salads are made table-side while you watch, and you'll choose the winner! All of our culinary tours will leave you stuffed, but for this tour, we advise participants to wear their stretchy pants. As you'll be eating and drinking all day long, there's no need to make other dining plans for the day of your tour... So what are your waiting for?
This full-day guided tasting tour includes all of your food and beverage, a bilingual culinary guide/driver, and round-trip transportation from our designated border meeting point.

TIJUANA CRAFT BEER + STREET TACOS TASTING TOUR
While San Diego is arguably one of the most vibrant and successful craft beer destinations in the world, many hopheads are unaware that its neighboring sister city, Tijuana, is home to Mexico’s biggest and most important craft beer movement. And this is no coincidence. San Diego’s independent craft beer movement has literally spilled over the border into Tijuana, and if you know where to go (we do), you’ll taste some of the most creative and innovative microbrews in the world. Secretly, more than a few of San Diego’s top brewmasters are actually from and live in Tijuana, many with smaller “side projects” brewing south of the border. Here, small three and five barrel brewing systems still reign over mass-production systems. Keeping it small means a tight control on quality, and more room for experimentation. Chances are, if you love craft beer, you also love tacos! And when it comes to laying claim to the best street tacos in Mexico, there's a heated rivalry between Mexico City and Tijuana... On this curated tasting tour, we'll make our case for why Tijuana wins that epicurean battle, hands down! Craft beer and tacos on one tour… what move are you waiting for?!
This full-day guided tour includes all of your food and beverage, a bilingual culinary guide/driver, and round-trip transportation from our designated border meeting point.
